create a horizontal wall. Participants climb across the wall. This type of wall allows for high threw-put without the need for gear and equipment. We recommend installing a minimum of 4 panels (16' long) with and average wall running 10 to 12 panels (40' to 48').
Modular vertical walls are typically designed for older children and adults and are great for middle / high schools, small gyms and recreation centers. If you desire a high level, roped climbing experience, we can design a variety of walls to meet your budget.
After choosing a vertical or horizontal wall, you can choose from five different panel finishes: Textured Paint, Liquid Acrylic, 3D, Gym Rock or Summit Rock.

Textured Paint
Our Textured Paint finish is a specialized paint applied to the wall's surface, offering durability and a lightly sanded texture. This popular finish looks great and is extremely affordable.

Liquid Acrylic
The Liquid Acrylic texture is blown onto the panels with specialized equipment. To obtain optimum durability we apply numerous coats and allow up to a week of curing before we ship the wall. This finish offers great texture and friction and is guaranteed to maintain extreme durability. These walls are perfect for any school or organization that might see more than a hundred kids a week climbing on the wall.

3D
3D panels, as the name implies, offer a lot more climbing options than just grabbing onto the climbing holds. Our 3D panels are hand crafted to provide climbers with unique features not found on typical walls. Bulging shapes and in-cut cracks allow climbers to experience the real feel of outdoor rock. If your wall is going to be in the publics eye, we suggest that this finish, as it looks spectacular.

Geodesic Shapes 
Our geodesic shapes turn flat climbing walls into 3 dimensional surfaces. Buy adding these shapes it offers a totally new climbing experience. These shapes are designed to give participants the same experience of climbing a framed system without the expense or hassle of building a framing wall. We currently have 4 shapes and are working on other shapes. Each shape is computer cut, sanded and sprayed with our acrylic coating.
To attach the shapes simply screw them to the wall. Screws are provided. If you have a wall that is flush to a solid wall, like brick or concrete you will need to take panel off, attach shape and cut screws on the back side so they do not protrude.
Geo shapes can be done in textured paint, 3D, or Gym Rock to match your modular system. Call for pricing on these options.

Pyramid (small): 3' x 3' x 8" $275.00

The simplest, most inexpensive of our shapes, the Pyramid has three symmetrical sides, and is perhaps the most versatile. It offers enough terrain to make a flat wall more exciting, but is also small enough to fit into tight spaces, and the most affordable option. This feature is great for making vertical or traversing climbing more interesting, and also nice to add to more extensive walls in roofs or “dihedral” formations. The Pyramid has 9 distinct t-nut placements.

The Arrow is one of our newest geo shapes, with 2 sets of identically opposing triangles, and 12 t-nut placements spread out over each of the four sides. Like the Trapezoid, this shape protrudes almost one foot from the existing wall. The unique shape creates a small arête where the largest triangles meet, and offers numerous options, depending on the rotation – even small holds, when used on the top surface, will become much easier to grab than on the standard vertical wall.

With 5 distinct sides, The Catalyst geo shape offers a high degree of versatility for handhold placements, while still having a relatively modest profile overall. Each angle is slightly different, with a variety of placement possibilities, creating numerous options for interesting movement over handholds, simply one geo shape alone. The Catalyst has 17 t-nut options in total, and if used on vertical or slab terrain, provides just enough texture at the mid point for the geo to be grabbed as a large arete, or sloping handhold.

The next size up in our geo shapes has four sides, with more options for bolt-on holds - a total of 15 t-nut placements. The Trapezoid is slightly larger than the Pyramid and protrudes almost one foot from the existing wall, yet allows for easy traversing movement around the shape.

An aerodynamic looking rectangular shape, the Slipstream is a unique variation of the geo concept. Long and narrow, this shape can be used to create interesting climbing variations, on one side of a wall, for example, without taking up too much space. The Slipstream has 16 distinct t-nut options, and is large enough to climb on, on its own, making for interesting and fun routesetting options.

Like the Pyramid, the Triangle has three basic sides. The smallest side can be oriented to create a short “overhang,” or if, reversed a “mantle,” with the two longer sides extending to form a short “arête.” The various positions possible on this geo shape create a diversity of interesting route setting options, with 19 distinct t-nut placements available.

Like the Trapezoid, our largest geo shape, has four sides. It is big enough for kids to climb solely on the feature, and because of its size, offers numerous options for changing the type of movement over the wall. There are 30 distinct t-nut placements on this feature, and the profile extends one foot beyond the wall.
Modular Gym Rock (New Design... More Feature...Same Price!)
Our modular Gym Rock takes panel quality and durability to another level. A special two-part surface texture is applied, stamped, and painted to provide an incredible looking finish. More importantly, this texture has amazing feel for climbing. The granite-like material provides excellent traction for smearing and edging techniques. The texture itself is a two-part application of blended polymers and cementious products. This texture is specifically engineered for climbing, and is designed to be quite flexible while appearing and feeling very rigid. The texture is stamped with micro features molded from actual rock, and closely resembles flat granite. The surface looks great, and climbs even better.
